Favorite Room of the Day-Neutral Bedroom

We like colors most of the time, but we like neutral, quiet colors some of the times too.  It's calming, it's serene, and if you are surrounded by colors and patterns all day long like we are, it's a nice respite.

That's why we're liking this room today.  It's a little boring to some people, but aggh, sometime that's just what you need...

Crazy for Fuschia

We like using fuschia as an accent colors quite a bit lately.  It's not as timid as pink, not as loud as yellow, but  dramatic enough to make a splash.

The Danes may seem strange to keep the balance between old and new. This is a house in the classic half-timbered style of 1918 which has many of the old fittings, beamed ceiling, mullioned windows and mirrored doors remain. Creative Lathe Chairs

If you’re our loyal reader you should remember our previos posts dedicated to unusual chairs designs – 20 Beautiful Chair Designs. But this series of chairs called “Lathe Series” is worthy for additional attention. It was created by talanted designer Sebastian Brajkovic. He started this series as a graduation project for the Eindhoven Academy and has since continued working on it. Every chair in this series is extremely creative. Don’t even think that they are photoshopped – we can assure you that every chair is real and they even were exhibited at various galleries.

We ran accross this listing for a bungalow in West Hollywood and we thought, how cute!  Bungalows like this are all over in Los Angeles, and this is such a creative way to convert a garage or a guest house into a creative studio or a home office.
